Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TrendClipGen website, AI video tools and related services. Read them together with our Privacy Policy before registering, buying credits or submitting a generation. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For support, billing, content reports and privacy requests, contact support@trendclipgen.com.

1. Eligibility and account security

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a company or another organization, you must have authority to do so.

Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your login credentials, and do not share, sell or lend your account. Tell us promptly about suspicious access, unauthorized transactions or other security concerns. We review account activity according to the circumstances and will not ask you to email your password or payment keys.

2. What the service does

TrendClipGen lets you choose a video effect, upload suitable photos of people, pets or other supported subjects, and generate an AI video. Required inputs, duration, resolution, audio and credit cost are shown on the relevant effect page and before submission. Some effects require two separate photos; input and setting options vary by template.

AI results are variable. Appearance, movement, backgrounds, lip sync and audio may differ from your inputs or the preview. A preview does not guarantee a frame-for-frame match, reproduction of a real person's voice, or any particular audience response. Review your video before publishing or relying on it.

Our current video generation model is Seedance 2.5, accessed through BeatAPI (model identifier: seedance-2.5). The generation page identifies the model above the submit button. We provide video creation using this model and do not develop the underlying model. Generation depends on third-party models, infrastructure and networks. Queues, provider outages and maintenance can affect completion time and availability. Closing your browser does not automatically cancel a submitted task.

3. Credits, prices and payments

Our current credit packs are one-time purchases. Buying a pack does not start a monthly subscription or recurring charge. Purchased credits do not expire; any special conditions for promotional or complimentary credits will be stated when offered. Credits pay for services on this site, are not money, and cannot be transferred between users or redeemed for cash through the service.

Pack prices, currency, applicable taxes and the final amount are shown on the pricing page and payment confirmation screen. Generation costs can vary by template, duration and resolution. Check the cost before each submission. Regenerating starts a new task; an earlier generation does not include a free retry or resolution upgrade.

Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake or the provider identified at checkout. Confirming payment authorizes that one-time transaction. Orders and credits update when the payment provider confirms the result. If you paid but your credits have not arrived, send us the order ID rather than paying repeatedly.

Future pricing or feature changes will be described on the relevant pages and will not change the price of completed orders retroactively. Purchased credits remain subject to the valid terms of purchase and applicable law.

4. Failed tasks, refunds and billing disputes

When a task is confirmed as failed because of a technical problem with our system or the generation service, deducted generation credits are returned under our Refund Policy. A queued, processing or unconfirmed task has not necessarily failed. A completed result that does not meet personal preferences is different from a technical failure.

A credit return restores your account balance; it is not a refund to your card or other payment method. For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or payment-refund requests, email support@trendclipgen.com from your registered address. Include the order or task ID, payment time, amount and an explanation. We review the records and handle requests under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer refund, cancellation or other rights. Contacting support is not a condition for exercising a legal right to raise a dispute with your payment provider.

5. Your inputs and permission to process them

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your uploaded photos and other materials. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for people's likenesses, pet photos, trademarks, music and other content. Obtain appropriate permission before placing a friend, family member or another real person in an AI video.

To carry out your request, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process your materials, including transmission, format conversion, input checks, generation, result storage and troubleshooting. Necessary service providers may participate in that processing. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials.

Submitting a task does not authorize us to use your private materials in public marketing. We will seek separate permission before using them as a public example or for a separate model-training purpose. Third-party model providers' handling of task data is also subject to their applicable policies, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Outputs and intellectual property

You may use your generated results to the extent allowed by applicable law and third-party rights. AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection and may resemble other outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness or clearance of third-party rights.

Our interface, branding, software, template arrangements and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Using a template does not separately license a song, recording, artist's likeness, trademark or other third-party element included in it, and does not imply endorsement by that person or brand.

Before commercial use, advertising or social posting, check relevant material and audio permissions and follow the destination platform's AI-labeling and content rules. You are responsible for how you describe, publish and use a result.

7. Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to carry out or assist with:

• Sexual exploitation, sexualization or other endangerment of children, including creating, requesting or distributing such material.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual face swaps, or impersonation used for fraud, identity theft, extortion or deception.
• Unlawful pornography, incitement to hatred, terrorist propaganda, serious threats of violence or targeted harassment.
• Violations of another person's likeness, privacy, copyright, trademark or other legal rights.
• Presenting synthetic media as genuine evidence of events or a real person's actual statements or conduct, or other harmful deception.
• Bypassing safety or access controls, account theft, malware, attacks on the service, or automated abuse that disrupts other users.

Authorized creative videos and clearly labeled entertainment still need to follow these rules. Do not use AI output as a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional judgment.

8. Enforcement, reports and appeals

To address violations, fraud, security risks or legal obligations, we may refuse tasks, restrict features, remove content or suspend accounts. Measures depend on the risk and circumstances. We may retain relevant records and cooperate with lawful proceedings when necessary.

To report infringement or harmful content, or to challenge an account decision, email support@trendclipgen.com. Include a relevant link or task ID and the basis for your rights claim or appeal. We will investigate and respond. Do not include unnecessary sensitive material.

9. Closing an account and service changes

You can request account closure or deletion of personal data from your registered email address. The Privacy Policy explains how requests are handled. Closing an account does not itself cancel submitted tasks or reverse completed payments.

We may restrict or end access for serious violations, unlawful activity, security risks or service closure. Unused credits, disputed orders and records that must be retained are handled under valid purchase terms, the Refund Policy and applicable law. Account termination does not remove our legal obligations.

10. Service risks and liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or suitability of every result for your purpose. Keep your own copies of videos you need to retain.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably be foreseen, or losses caused by a third-party platform's independent publishing restrictions. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or matters that the law does not allow us to limit, or overrides mandatory consumer protections.

11. Updates and disputes

We may update these terms as features, business needs or legal requirements change and will update the date above. Changes materially affecting users' rights will be communicated through appropriate on-site notices or account contact details. Where fresh consent is legally required, we will request it.

Please contact us to try to resolve a dispute. Unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law by a court with jurisdiction or another legally available dispute mechanism. You retain your legal rights to complain and seek remedies. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
